As you may know, I am always interested in Mexican food; especially enchilladas. When we went to Chicos I decided to try something different and try their
Chimmichanga sample platter. They had some chimmis that stood out on the menu; shrimp and spinach chimmi and a filet mignon chimmi. The sampler also includes a chicken chimmi. The shrimp/spinach and the filet mignon were excellent, except the chicken just did not hit the spot. Guess it was not a bad thing since I was filled with the other 2 chimmis. I have to go back and try the enchilladas here next time, the guys I dined with ordered it and it looked great!
